This is done easily through your Control Panel. Simply log into your Control Panel, then select "Responders" from the menu on the left, then click on "Add Responder" button.
Now select which alias you wish to have a responder created for.
Fill in the subject line and the message body fields and click on "Add Responder".
That's it.
