You can access your cpanel using the following url:
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel replacing "yourdomain" with your actual domain name.
Alternatively you can connect to cpanel by using the following:
http://www.yourdomain.com:2082
If your domain has not yet propagated, use the ip address provided in your welcome letter in the place of your domain name.
