Please take note that we have received an influx of calls regarding emails that are not being downloaded from our servers.
This is not an issue on our servers, the problem has been tracked to Telkom that is currently having an issue.
Please be patient and the problem will eventually sort it self out.
Those who are clients of Telkom please contact Telkom and ask them to look into it, the more people that complain the quicker the problem can get sorted out.
So far the problem is localised to the Eastern Cape.
